A bit about me...

I grew up in Los Angeles with an architect father and a mother who was a sales representative for several major Art Glass and Ceramic companies.

 

I studied photography at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA and had a nice career in advertising photography. I began to have vision issues in my mid-30’s and transitioned into digital imaging for projected entertainment and stage productions.

 

I have always had an interest in glass and sculpture and have dabbled in glass blowing in the past. A Bullseye Glass resource center opened near me and gave me an opportunity to learn about glass fusing and helped me focus on a new outlet for my creativity.

 

My work is inspired by Kandinsky, Picasso, Miró, Calder and some of the great architects from the Bauhaus Movement.
